Every effort will be made to acknowledge sponsorships, however, registrations received after March 21 may not be included in all promotional pieces.
REFUND POLICY: Cancellations must be made in writing and received by March 21, 2008. A $15.00 processing fee will be deducted from refunds. No refunds will be made after March 21, 2008.
TABLE SEATING & TICKET COSTS: Individual tickets cost $150. Tables seat 10 (one full table is $1,500).
